About this guild
The Rule Of Two:
GL - RichFoley1
RGL - Willow
In Ξxodus we have found that following the Rule of Two is the single greatest thing in the entire game. Our community has grown significantly under this leadership structure and strategy. Each event in the game has been segmented out to two officers. TW - 2, TB - 2, Recruiting - 2, Discord 2, Raids - 2, Activity/Bad News - 2. A Master and an Apprentice, all who follow the lead of our GL and RGL. Two officers will step forward when their event begins and take charge, the rest of the officers will follow and help if needed. When those two officers event ends, they step back and the next two will take the point and do what they do best. This has allowed the guild to strive in ways others continue to fail. We do not run into fatigue, burnout nor a hurdle we can not conquer.
We have been through our up's and down's like everyone else, but we have a community which is solid and growing. Our perspective on this game is simple. Guild Needs First. We all have a favorite character but in the end we need the rewards to grow. What makes the Guild stronger, makes the individual account stronger. Shared knowledge, shared results, shared testing, shared rewards. Capital Games is our real foe because of, well we all know why!!!!!. Together we are strong because of the communication and collective thinking on how to overcome anything placed in front of us.
We stay full, that does not mean we wont consider you. Our members are not casual, they are not away from the game for extended periods of time. We are self inflicted nerds who love the content, love complaining about the content and have thick skin. We get excited about little things which make us feel young once more. Exodus is comprised of hard working adults who share more in common than this game we play on mobile devices. We share life experience and banter.
