We've built Men of Mayhem to be principles based and not rules based, but there are a few guidelines:
-Stay active in the guild. Life is busy, we get that, and sometimes you won't be able to log on. If you haven't logged on for about 2 weeks with no prior notification you'll be booted from the group. Or if you don't participate (no sign up, zero banners, no battle attempts, no deployment) in 3 Guild Events (TW/TB Phases/Raids) over a rolling 6 week period.
-Competition is a great motivator, but don't let the big guys trample those still growing. Donate gear, give advice. We'll do better together than we will on our own. Ultimately it's just a game, so let us know if you'd like something different.
-Raids: Krayt only. Consistently hitting the 25 million reward tier. Participation is MANDATORY without a prior post in out-of-office-status.
-TB: We run ROTE on even months and mix it with DS Geo on odd. When we do run Hoth (rarely and only by member request to clear achievements) it is for full stars. Anything else not covered here, feel free to ask questions about. If you ever feel the need to leave or quit, please just let us know without disappearing unannounced.
