About this guild

This is the only guild that I’ve ever been with since I started playing in August 2016. I started off as a member who knew absolutely nothing. Progressed to an officer who knew what direction he wanted to take the guild and knew a little bit more. And became the guild leader a long time ago and I still don’t profess to know it all (nor am I close). Part of the fun for me as a player is setting a goal and trying to efficiently meet that goal. But by far what has kept me where I am and keeps me going everyday is the members of my guild. Do we have members who pre-load TW teams from time to time? Do we have people derp up the Reva mission in TB? Do we have people who don’t contribute 600 tickets every single day? Well it’s yes to all of those things (but the pre-loads in TW are NOW able to be identified and poof it's not happening as much as it used to!!!). Why say these things when you’re trying to recruit you ask. Well it’s simple really. We’re not perfect nor will we ever be. So while we have some expectations (coming up next), we understand that this is a game. It’s a game we love to play but family/life are more important and always will be so long as I’m running things. On to what’s expected:

• 600 raid tickets daily (you’ll get a Hotbot notification twice before guild reset if you’re short)
• TW voluntary (Hotbot assignments for defense slots but no current requirement for reporting offense attempts. Signing up for TW is a commitment for defense AND offense. Just dropping in defense and calling it a day isn't a thing with us).
• RotE TB participation mandatory in all phases(we emphasize platoons/deployments over CM performance). We haven't run a Hoth/Geo TB in a LONG time and have no plans on doing so.
• Endor raid you’re expected to give the maximum number of attempts. Currently hitting an average of 275M. With the Naboo raid on the horizon we're not actively pushing for the next reward box at 424M
• Mod management (Are your mods a hot mess? That's not a deal breaker for us but it IS something we give a lot of weight to when it comes to evaluating potential new members. Roster gaps only get worse if your mods are a poop show)
• Datacrons. As much as I despise these things they are an essential part of the game. You’re expected to have enough to field for TW defense/offense teams and it’s in your best interest to have good ones for GAC
• From time to time we do ask our members to farm specific teams/toons that best suit the guild for TW/TB but we give a lot of lead time to ensure it works for your roster. Ultimately it's YOUR roster and you get the final say so on those requests.
• Omicrons. Again from time to time we ask members to apply omicrons for specific team compositions that help with TW/TB

On paper this probably looks like any other guild to you. What sets us apart from others and why should you come here is our community. I haven’t had to remove a member for raid ticket violations or poor TB/TW performance in quite some time. Our turnover rate is pretty low as our members want to be here and have turned down offers to go to much higher GP guilds where they could be earning more rewards. To me it has always been about the journey and not the rewards. If you’re looking for the best rewards and the best TW/TB performance then we’re not what you’re looking for. We are passionate and enjoy the game but not at the expense of making you feel like the game is a chore. So while we’re not casual where you show up whenever, we’re not hardcore to the point where we micromanage your roster/TW/TB/Endor bike participation. Leading our members to the first heroic Rancord/AAT/Sith/Challenge Rancor raid completions are great memories for me. And I wouldn’t trade them for any other guild out there. What else we're looking for

And if you've read up to this point...here's the LAST THING and what I consider the most important:

I’ve outlined expectations above but what’s most important to me is personality. I don’t need someone with a God like roster that checks off all the boxes but who has the personality of a rock and never speaks in Discord. Give me the 3M GP person who wants to learn, wants to grow, and engages our community. When we interview people we're looking to ask a few questions about where you are in the game/what your current goals are/etc. More importantly we're looking to see how you respond and if you would be a good fit. I said it above but it bears repeating. It’s about the journey. If you can’t have fun and enjoy your fellow guild members then this is not the place for you. If you're looking for the best rewards and you're looking after only one person (yourself) then this is really NOT the place for you. Our guild is about being part of a collaborative group all working together to achieve a goal. We will bend over backwards to help you achieve that goal and have fun doing it!
