What we are looking for:
- Contribution daily and ROTE is mandatory in every phase, ops and deployment is minimum! TW is optional but normally have 40ish join with very good win rate. We get it though, real life exists its just a matter of communicating and giving that heads up if somethings going on!
- Ideally looking for members to have 2-4 GLs and 7 mil GP or over and that have good progress towards Reva readiness. Accounts will be considered on the basis of rosters
- Discord is essential for communication and must have event notifications on once in guild
